After a thorough inspection was carried out, our team implemented a two-part repair system tailored to the needs of the pool deck. First, we used PolyLevel Foam Injections to lift and stabilize the sunken slabs. This high-density polyurethane foam was injected beneath the concrete, where it expanded to fill voids and gently raise the surface to its original level. Once the concrete was leveled, we sealed all cracks and joints using our NexusPro Joint Sealant, a durable, UV-resistant formula that prevents water infiltration and future damage.

A FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip is then placed over  as a second form of protection against water leakage through the first seal, followed by the permanent seal overlay.
