A homeowner in Richboro, PA called Quality 1st Basement Systems to repair their sinking concrete. They noticed that multiple areas around their pool were uneven, causing trip hazards. Any water that splashed onto the concrete could cause water erosion underneath creating further movement. As a solution, we used our PolyLevel Injections which bring the concrete to a raised and level position. PolyLevel fills the void between the slab and soil removing the trip hazard and stabilizing the area. PolyLevel is waterproof and environmentally friendly!

Pittstown, NJ homeowner had a 14x14 sinking slab in the screened in porch area of the home. System Design Specialist, Ken Peare, inspected the entire porch and measured 3inch of settlement in total. Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to lift the slab with PolyLevel. The Q1 team drilled small penny size holes into the sinking slab and injected PolyLevel underneath. The PolyLevel solution hardens, raising the slab back to its orignal level.
This concrete patio in Pittstown, New Jersey, was sinking and becoming unleveled. This happens because concrete is poured over backfilled soil around the home. Over time, this loose soil settles and creates voids under the concrete. As water runs through the cracks and joints in the concrete, it washes out the soil as it passes through. This causes the concrete to shift and settle. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems, and our System Design Specialist, Jeff Pitek came up with a plan to fix this issue. He suggested a polyurethane foam to fill the space under the concrete. Our foreman, Luis Aguirre, used the PolyLevel Injections to stabilize the concrete. This is done by drilling tiny holes in the slab so the polyurethane foam can fill the voids underneath. This will allow the concrete to be lifted and leveled.
This Pittstown, NJ, homeowner reached out after recognizing signs of settlement surrounding their backyard pool deck area, and in order to eliminate tripping hazards and a complete decline in the structural integrity of the walkway, the owner sought out an efficient and long lasting solution.
Once we extensively inspected the surface, our repair team administered our high-performance PolyLevel Foam Injections directly beneath the sunken portions of concrete, this process successfully restored and lifted the slabs to their designated surface height.
Thanks to PolyLevels restorative capabilities, we have effectively repaired and leveled this pool deck, delivering this homeowner with much needed peace of mind for many years to come!
