A homeowner from Woodbury, NJ was noticing sinking and settling of her walkway concrete of about 3 inches. This sinkage created a huge crack in his walkway step and the concrete was overall unstable. The homeowner called Quality 1st Basements to help lift up her settled concrete. Our PolyLevel foam was injected beneath the sunken concrete to lift and stabilize the concrete. Next, our team applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the cracks and prevent water from wearing down the concrete. The homeowner finally had a stable walkway that was ready to be walked on just 15 minutes after curing!

Polylevel is a better solution than mudjacking because it is stronger, and provides a long-lasting solution. The encapsulating vapor barrier installed in the space left a clean, dry space for the homeowner to not worry about any longer.
