PolyLevel is a foam that is injected into a sinking slab of concrete, once underneath the foam begins to expand and harden raising it back to its original state.   

Over time, concrete sinks and settling due to the soil beneath no longer being able to support the heavy concrete. Trip hazards form which can cause serious injury if not careful.
