Quality 1st Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Outside of this Easton, PA home, the concrete sidewalk was experiencing signs of settlement that left it uneven, concerning the homeowner of the tripping risks it posed. Wanting to find a reliable solution, the homeowner reached out to Quality 1st. Once our System Design Specialist Brandon assessed the damage to the concrete, our Foreman Ash and his team were able to carry out the proposed repair plan. Using our PolyLevel Foam Injection and our NexusPro Crack Repair, our crew was able to restore the concrete slabs to a safe and level position!

We recently had the pleasure of assisting a homeowner in Easton, PA, who contacted us expressing concerns about concrete settlement on their homes entryway sidewalk. The homeowner was determined to find a solution that could not only eliminate tripping hazards but also restore the curb appeal of the entire walkway. 

Luckily, our team was successfully able to accomplish this goal by installing our specially formulated PolyLevel Foam Injections, which lifted and leveled the sunken portions of concrete to their original surface height. The team also applied our ultraviolet resistant NexusPro Joint Sealant, to ensure the sidewalk was fully safeguarded against erosion.

We have transformed this entryway into a smooth and leveled sidewalk, while delivering the homeowner with a renewed sense of pride in their home!

For this waterproofing project, we updated the original sump pump to a SuperSump Pump, we installed WaterGuard, a Cleanspace vapor barrier, and a Sanidry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

For this basement waterproofing job, we installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Waterguard, a SuperSump Pump, IceGuard, and a Lawnscape underground pipe for the water discharge. 

A Blue Bell, PA homeowner noticed serious horizontal cracks in their basement walls. One of the walls was beginning to bow inward, concerning the homeowner that their was serious threat to the structure of their home. Foundation Specialist, Greg, inspected the foundation and recommended our CarbonArmor Reinforcement System to stabilize the walls. This system will not effect the process of finishing this basement in the future if the homeowner decide to create extra living space!
