Preventing moisture from coming through the basement walls was this Rumson homeowner's main concern. So Quality 1st Basement Systems installed CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep it dry.

We received a call from a homeowner who was experiencing a sinking concrete patio. Our Concrete Repair Specialist, Jeff P met with the homeowner, inspected the patio area, and measured roughly 6 inches of settlement. Jeff recommended our concrete lifting and leveling solution known as PolyLevel. Our PolyLevel team led by Ash, drilled small penny-size holes into the sinking concrete. Using special equipment, our Polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab raising it back towards its original level. Our team then sealed the edges with NexusPro Joint Sealant to create a bond between the home and the patio. 

Our customer in Rumson was having serious issues in his basement wit water leaking and iron ore.  Design specialist Greg Lewis recommended WaterGuard IOS which he explained was specifically designed to deal with the issues of iron ore.  Juan and his crew did the IOS install along with some additional concrete repair and CleanSpace walling.  The customer couldn't be happier.

During his initial inspection, design specialist Greg Lewis realized the customer's current sump was not located in the low spot of the basement.  This, along with water issues, was causing the basement to be very wet. He recommended moving the sump and installing a SaniDry Air system to filter the air and remove the humidity.  Juan and his crew installed both along with CleanSpace Walling and WaterGuard IOS and the customer could not be more pleased.

Our team installed Push Piers next to the footings of the foundation. Each Pier is attached with a heavy-duty steel bracket. This system not only lifts and stabilizes the foundation but also prevents future settlement and moment protecting the homeowner's biggest investment, their home.
