Sometimes a basement will not have water seepage right away yet the foundation walls have been storing water for months. This homeowner noticed water started to seep out of the small cracks in their foundation. They contacted Quality 1st Basements to waterproof their basement.
System Design Specialist, Steve, designed a solution that would keep this basement dry and healthy. He recommended our French Drain System known as WaterGuard. This French drain collects any water that seeps through the walls or up through the floor. He also recommended a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which would provide the ultimate protection for the space that large.

This sidewalk in Ocean County, NJ was sinking and settling about 1 inch. The homeowner made an appointment with Quality 1st Basements to lift and level their sidewalk concrete. A homeowner in Asbury Park, NJ was not happy with the state of their crawlspace - musty smelling with a dirt floor and an overall unpleasant environment. Quality 1st Basements wanted to fix up the crawlspace so that it looked more appealing and did not create an unhealthy environment. After our team installed SilverGlo and CleanSpace, the air in the crawl space was much cleaner & healthier to breathe in.
This homeowner had an old sump pump that they wanted to replace. Quality 1st installed the Triplesafe sump pump in the basement. The TripleSafe provides three levels of protection, with three pumps built in. In case of failure, the other lower level pumps can take over. The TripleSafe also has a battery backup system that can pump 11,500 gallons of water on a fully charged battery.
