Water intrusion had become a persistent issue for a homeowner in New City, NY, turning their basement into a source of constant worry. After each rainfall, water would seep in along the walls and floor, creating damp conditions and the potential for mold, odors, and long-term structural damage. Realizing that DIY fixes were no longer enough, the homeowner turned to Quality 1st for a permanent solution that would protect their home and restore the basement's functionality.
Following a detailed inspection, our team designed a customized waterproofing plan tailored to the unique layout and needs of the space. We installed our WaterGuard Drainage System along the basement perimeter to capture water at its entry point and redirect it to a sump system before it could spread. To ensure continuous and reliable water removal, even during severe storms or power outages, we paired it with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which includes a primary pump, secondary pump, and a battery backup.
This powerful combination completely transformed the basement into a dry, healthy, and safe environment, giving the homeowner renewed confidence in their home’s protection and value!
As moisture continued to seep into this New City, NY homeowner's basement, what began as a minor nuisance quickly turned into a major concern. Puddles of water began to accumulate, and the telltale signs of mold and rot began to appear along the walls, causing growing anxiety. Fearing potential damage to their home and the health risks associated with mold, the homeowner reached out to Quality 1st for a thorough inspection and professional solution.
After assessing the situation, our team crafted a customized waterproofing plan that would address both the immediate and long-term needs of the basement. We installed our patented WaterGuard Drainage System to efficiently capture and redirect water, paired with our TripleSafe Sump Pump to ensure reliable water removal. EverLast Wall Panels were added to replace the compromised materials, providing both structural support and moisture protection, while our IceGuard Discharge Line was installed to prevent any freezing in the discharge system during colder months.
With these powerful systems now in place, the basement was fully protected from further moisture intrusion, providing the homeowner with much-needed peace of mind and a dry, healthy space for years to come!
Instead of removing and replacing this sidewalk at this Weehawken home, Project Manager, Eder Sanchez and his crew were able to lift each concreteslab and raise it back to level. Now the homeowner can use the sidewalk to get to the backyard without tripping and falling like in the past.
This sidewalk was sinking outside of an office building in Ridgefield, NJ. The building owner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to discuss the options he had. The design Specalist went to Ridgfield and did a full inspection of the entire sidewalk around the building. He noticed that there was only a select few concrete slabs that needed lifting. Qualty 1st foreman and his crew was able to pump 363 pounds total of PolyLevel into the sidewalks to raise them back to the desired level.
The concrete area connected to the front walkway had settled near the front steps and foundation of the home. Concrete Repair Specialist, Jeff Pitek, worked with our team to provide a permanent solution to these homeowners concrete concerns.
Our team recommended PolyLevel, a lightweight and waterproof polyurethane foam that lifts and levels the concrete back towards its original position.
