Our crew arrived to the home early, and they began the repair. To help support the beam from sagging, our crew installed multiple Smart Jacks along the beams. Once all the Smart Jacks were installed, the beams were completely repaired, and sagging seized to continue. Since then, the homeowner did not have any problems in his home, thus making his completely satisfied. 

Push Piers were installed in Jersey City home as there was noticeable foundation cracks. The homeowner felt the floor was slanted as the foundation was sinking. Push Pier Systems utilize high-strength round steel tube sections and a load transfer bracket to stabilize and/or lift sinking or settling foundations. The foundation bracket is secured against the existing footing and pier sections are driven hydraulically through the foundation bracket and into the soil below using the combined structural weight and any contributory soil load as resistance.
