Water Seepage in Jersey City, NJ Basement

Our System Design Specialist inspected the basement and recommended the basement be waterproofed. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement, underneath the floor slab in order to hide an unsightly drain. This system is installed under the floor slab, on top of the foundation footing to make sure the system does not get clogged. The WaterGuard collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to the sump pump.
CleanSpace vapor barrier system was installed to hold back water vapor from passing through the foundation walls, directing it to the sump pump. CleanSpace also gives the basement an upgraded brighter, cleaner appearance. A dehumidifier was also installed to filter out any damp, musty odors by drying and filtering the air. A sump pump was installed to pump out any water that enters the basement.
The TripleSafe has three levels of pumps built in to provide the most protection. The TripleSafe has a backup battery that is capable of pumping 11,500 gallons of water or more on a fully charged battery. This basement is fully protected and waterproofed for the homeowners to enjoy.
