This homeowner was experiencing some serious problems in their crawl space. Not only were their floors sagging, the crawl space was also accumulating water! Luckily, our System Design Specialist, Jeff, was able to come up with the perfect solution for their problems. Our  Team installed SmartJacks to stabilize the sagging beams, leveling the floor on the first level of the home. We also installed a CleanSpace encapsulation to prevent water and moisture from seeping through the foundation into the crawl space area. Lastly, a durable CleanSpace liner would be installed to further prevent vapor from making its way into the crawl space and to complete the encapsulation. This system was installed by foreman Victor Leon and his crew to give the customer peace of mind and a fresh and cleaner looking crawl space.
