Quality 1st Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This new homeowner needed help with the basement door entry and had a lot of water at the bottom of the stairwell during heavy rain. We installed our TrenchDrain to prevent flooding at the basement door and redirects any future water to our WaterGuard drainage system that connects to the sump. 

At this home, we installed our LawnScape Well discharge line, which is an outlet system that attaches to our SumpPump line from inside the home. We create a trench where the line will be installed and fit into place. The discharge line runs underground to the back of the home, which is designed to protect the line from discharged water and is made to blend in with the landscape preventing any type of stumbling hazard.

This homeowner reached out regarding an attachment to the home that collects water in the entrance way whenever there is a heavy rain. To prevent any further flooding, we installed our TrenchDrain with a feed line that flows directly to the sump pump. By attaching a line from the drain to the sump pump, this will prevent any type of flood, drain clog and installed flush to the sub-floor, making it a non tripping hazard. 

For this home, we were able to turn this damp, leaking basement wall into a dry, moisture-free space. We had a team go out to install our WaterGuard drainage system, which is designed to effectively resolve basement flooding issues. Our drainage system is made to capture vapor, moisture, and wall leakage from our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, which then flows down into the sub-floor drain. The drain system then connects to the sump pump that will pump out any unwanted water from the home. 

In this dirt floor crawl space in Carney, MD, we installed our Crawl Space Encapsulation system that will capture the moisture and dampness that seeps up into the home. We also installed our SilverGlo insulated wall panels, that is an inorganic material that we placed on the foundation walls of the crawl space, acting as a heat barrier that won't support mold or mildew. Once we removed and hauled away insulation, we installed our CleanSpace Vapor barrier along the floor and walls that will reduce humidity in the crawl space and seal out cold drafts during those winter months.
