Tightening SmartJacks During Annual Maintenance for Continued Stabilization
During the annual maintenance visit at this home in Martinsville, Service Technician Nelson checked all of the previously installed SmartJacks to make sure that all jacks were in solid contact with the overhead beams and in good condition. He found it necessary to tighten some of the SmartJacks that had loosened over time with settling soils or movement. Once again, the homeowner could have peace of mind knowing that the SmartJacks were providing crawlspace foundation support!
