Basement Water Seepage
Water seepage in this homeowner's basement was the direct result of a combination of foundation settlement and a lack of proper drainage support. As the foundation shifted over time, small cracks and gaps formed, allowing water to enter. Without an effective drainage system in place, this moisture had no clear path to escape, leading to consistent water intrusion and basement dampness.

During SmartJack Install
Our crew installed the SmartJack Support System by first excavating small footing holes beneath each support location, then placing engineered base plates for stability. Adjustable steel SmartJack posts were then secured to the floor system above, providing immediate and long-term structural reinforcement to restore and stabilize sagging floors.

SmartJack System
SmartJack delivers strong, adjustable support to sagging or uneven floors, helping to restore them to their original position while preventing further structural settlement.

SmartJacks
Engineered for lasting performance, SmartJack is corrosion-resistant and designed to support loads up to 60,000 lbs., making it an ideal long-term solution for compromised floor joists and beams.

WaterGuard Drainage System
To prevent water from collecting at the wall-floor joint, we installed our WaterGuard System, which discreetly channels seepage away from the foundation before it can cause damage.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
The existing sump system lacked the capacity to handle high water volumes, so we installed our TripleSafe for its triple-pump design that ensures reliable water removal, even in extreme conditions.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
Excess moisture was entering through porous foundation walls, so CleanSpace Wall Panels were added to act as a vapor barrier and direct wall seepage into the drainage system.

SaniDry Sedona
High humidity was contributing to a damp, musty environment, making our SaniDry Sedona essential for removing excess moisture and improving overall air quality.

IceGuard Discharge Line
In order to protect the entire waterproofing system from freezing discharge lines in colder months, IceGuard was installed, allowing water to escape even if the exterior line becomes blocked or frozen.

The Importance Of Waterproofing
Waterproofing your basement is essential to protect your home's foundation, prevent mold growth, and maintain healthy indoor air quality. By keeping moisture out, you safeguard your property from structural damage and create a dry, usable space for years to come!
