Then we drive our patented steel Push Piers deep into stable, load-bearing soil well below the settling foundation.
Push Piers
Using hydraulic jacks, we gradually and precisely lift the foundation off the failing soil, returning it to its original, level position while transferring the home's weight onto the solid piers. Once the foundation is stabilized, our Push Piers are securely anchored and permanently locked in place, providing a durable, engineered solution that prevents further settlement and strengthens the overall structural integrity of the home.
