Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Support in Fords, NJ

This homeowner from Fords, NJ was noticing signs of foundation settlement in their basement. They called Quality 1st Basements for a free inspection and quote. Our System Design Specialist, Mike Fiorello suggested CarbonArmor on one wall that had cracks in it. The carbon fiber strips that are 10 times stronger in tension than steel, each strip was applied with epoxy to stabilize the walls. PowerBrace was applied to another wall that was failing. The steel beams were adjusted to the height of the walls and attached to joists at the top, which attempted to lift the wall back up to its original condition. The homeowner can now relax knowing their basement walls are reinforced, ensuring the safety of them and their family.

CarbonArmor strips were applied to the walls to reinforce them and prevent them from cracking further and letting in any water.

PowerBrace

PowerBrace was installed on one of the walls to stabilize it and keep it secure. The beams are adjustable, allowing for easy tightening to bring the wall back to its original place.
