Foundation Repair Photo Album: Weak Floors Stabilized in Belford, NJ

A homeowner in Belford, New Jersey was experiencing their floors sagging, and cracking in their walls. This can happen if the columns are spaced too far apart because the beam can become overloaded and begin to sag. Then, the steel beams are assembled and the SmartJack system is tightened into place. The support beams and floor joists are immediately stabilized and lifted.
