He explained to Duff that soil is the main cause for foundation failure. Soil becomes either too wet, too dry or poorly compacted and becomes weak. That weak soil is no longer strong enough to hold the weight of the foundation causing it to settle, shift or separate. Foundation Cracks and Separation

Stable Soil

Using special equipment, steel pier sections are hydraulically driven through each bracket to a stable layer of soil deep beneath the foundation.

Weight Transferred

The weight of the home is transferred from the foundation through each PushPier to that deep, strong layer of soil.

Original Position

Home is brought back towards its original position and now is stabilized giving homeowners peace of mind that they are safe and secure in their home again.
