Foundation Repair Photo Album: Carbon Armor Installed in Colts Neck, NJ Basement
A homeowner in Colts Neck, New Jersey had water coming in through a crack in their foundation wall and contacted Quality 1st for a solution. Our System Design Specialist inspected the basement and noticed the cracks in the walls. CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System was installed to stabilize the basement walls. CarbonArmor contains strips that are made from a fiber reinforced polymer that is 10 times stronger than steel and is specifically designed for cracked foundation walls. The strips are attached to the wall and secured with heavy duty steel brackets. The straps will stabilize the wall and begin to pull it back to its original position, preventing any more cracks or bowing. This system is easy, installs quickly and will not impact future basement finishing.
