EverBrace Installation for Foundation Walls in Wall Township, NJ
Challenge
This Wall Township, NJ homeowner was dealing with older brick and block foundation walls that showed years of deterioration. Inside the basement, the originally painted white walls had extensive brown discoloration and visible signs of damage, along with gaps and areas where the masonry appeared loose. Outside the home, a large crack could be seen running through the brick foundation, with additional loose sections of brick visible around the affected areas. The condition of the aging masonry raised concerns about the foundation walls and the need for a more durable reinforcement solution.
Solution
System Design Specialist Jack worked with the homeowner to determine an appropriate solution, and Foreman Victor led the installation of EverBrace along the affected basement walls. EverBrace creates a new structural wall system against the existing foundation, providing added reinforcement while covering the deteriorated masonry. The installation gave the Wall Township basement a more durable wall system designed to provide structural support while addressing the condition of the older brick and block foundation.
