A Hillsborough, NJ homeowner wanted a solution to repair their sagging floors on the first level of their home. Since their home had a crawl space, our System Design Specialist, Dane, was able to get access underneath to perform a full inspection. He noticed that the floor joist and beams lacked support which caused the floors to sag. Dane recommended SmartJack Crawl Space Support System as the best solution. SmartJacks are installed against the floor joist and beams to provide additional support needed to probably level the floor above.
