Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by a homeowner in Hatboro, PA. The homeowner noticed the first level of their home was sagging. Our team discovered the wooden beams underneath the floor boards lacked the proper support needed to stabilize the floors. We installed the SmartJack System to help support the crawl space beams and straighten the above floors.
