When water pushes up against a home's foundation and crawl space, the water has nowhere to go and can eventually cause foundation damage. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed SmartVents in this Manasquan crawl space so that in the event of a flood the foundation would be protected. SmartVents allow flood water to pass through them which alleviates water pressure on the foundation. This home is now safe during flooding!
