Damp Crawl Space
The homeowner's crawl space became damp due to poor drainage around the foundation, allowing groundwater to seep inward during periods of heavy rainfall. Exposed soil and inadequate insulation further contributed to rising humidity, while limited ventilation trapped moisture, creating an ideal environment for mold growth and structural deterioration.
Drainage Matting
Drainage Matting was installed to create a durable, raised pathway that allows groundwater to flow freely beneath the crawl space floor. This prevents water from pooling, improves drainage efficiency, and reduces moisture buildup, helping to keep the foundation dry and protected.
SilverGlo Insulation Panels
SilverGlo Insulation Panels were added to enhance thermal efficiency while providing a moisture-resistant barrier along the crawl space walls. Their reflective surface helps regulate temperature and minimize condensation, protecting structural components and improving overall energy performance.
CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
Our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System was installed to completely seal the crawl space from ground moisture. Its thick, antimicrobial liner prevents water vapor from entering the space, stops mold growth at the source, and creates a clean, dry, and healthier environment.
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to maintain optimal humidity levels and prevent damp, musty conditions from returning. By continuously removing excess moisture from the air, it protects structural wood, improves indoor air quality, and ensures long-term dryness throughout the crawl space.
Installing RockWell Egress
To improve drainage and protect the crawl space, our team installed our RockWell Egress Window Well by first excavating the area around the existing window and setting the well securely in place. We ensured proper alignment, added drainage stone at the base for effective water management, and sealed the window opening to prevent moisture intrusion.
RockWell Egress
The RockWell Egress Window Well provides essential protection by directing water away from the crawl space window, preventing seepage and reducing the risk of future moisture problems. Its reinforced, weather-resistant design enhances safety, improves natural light within the space, and delivers long-lasting durability, helping maintain a dry, healthy, and structurally sound environment.
