Installing CleanSpace
Our crew began the CleanSpace installation by clearing debris and leveling the crawl space floor to ensure a smooth surface. We then carefully laid out and secured the heavy-duty CleanSpace Vapor Barrier across the ground and walls, sealing all seams and edges with waterproof tape and mechanical fasteners.

CleanSpace provides a durable, moisture-proof seal that prevents water vapor from entering the crawl space. By keeping the area dry, it helps protect against mold growth, wood rot, and musty odors, while also improving energy efficiency and indoor air quality throughout the home.
SaniDry Sedona
To ensure long-term moisture control, we also installed our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Even with a vapor barrier in place, humidity can still enter through air and wood. The Sedona keeps humidity below 55%, preventing mold, mildew, and musty odors, while protecting the home's structural integrity and improving overall air quality.
