Wet Crawl Space
Due to a lack of proper drainage support and ongoing water seepage, this crawl space was becoming severely damp and could face irreversible structural damage if not addressed promptly.
During StarPipe Install
Our crew installed the StarPipe Drainage System by first excavating a trench around the crawl space perimeter. We then laid the pipe in clean washed stone to ensure proper flow and connected it to the sump pump system.
SmartSump System
We installed our SmartSump System in this crawl space to provide reliable water removal in the event of leaks or flooding. Its built-in alarm alerts the homeowner to rising water levels, while the airtight lid helps keep moisture and odors sealed out.
IceGuard Discharge Line
IceGuard was also added to ensure the discharge line stays functional even during freezing temperatures. It prevents water from backing up into the home if the exterior line becomes blocked by ice, keeping the crawl space dry and protected year-round.
