Damp Crawl Space
Damp crawl space conditions are often caused by poor drainage, high groundwater levels, or damaged vapor barriers that allow moisture to seep in. This excess moisture can lead to mold growth, wood rot, and compromised indoor air quality, making it essential to address these underlying issues promptly.

Installing StarPipe System
We began by carefully excavating around the perimeter of the crawl space to access the foundation footing. We then installed the patented StarPipe Drainage System directly beneath the floor, placing perforated pipes within a gravel bed to capture and channel water away from the crawl space. Once the drainage system was securely positioned and connected to a sump pump, the area was backfilled and sealed to ensure effective moisture control and long-term protection.

SilverGlo Insulation Panels
Our crew installed SilverGlo Insulation Panels to improve energy efficiency by insulating the crawl space walls and reducing moisture buildup, helping maintain a consistent temperature and preventing mold growth.

Drainage Matting
Drainage Matting was added to create a protective layer that channels moisture away from the crawl space walls, enhancing drainage and preventing water from accumulating against the foundation.

During SmartSump Install
The SmartSump System was installed by excavating a sump pit at the lowest point of the crawl space, then carefully placing the sump pump inside. The system was connected to the StarPipe Drainage System to efficiently collect water and pump it safely away from the home, ensuring continuous moisture control.

SmartSump System
We installed the SmartSump System to provide reliable, automatic water removal in the crawl space, preventing water buildup that can cause mold, wood rot, and structural damage, helping keep the space dry and healthy year-round.

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier
Lastly, we installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to fully seal the crawl space floor and walls, blocking moisture and radon gas from entering. This creates a clean, dry, and healthy environment that protects the home's structure and improves indoor air quality.
