Old Sump Pump

The homeowner's old sump pump was no longer functioning efficiently, causing water to accumulate and seep into the crawl space during heavy rains. Its limited capacity and outdated design allowed moisture to linger, leading to increased humidity, potential mold growth, and damage to the home's foundation.

Crawl Space Water Seepage

In addition to the failing sump pump, water seepage in the homeowner's crawl space was also caused by poor exterior drainage, hydrostatic pressure around the foundation, and the lack of a proper interior waterproofing system. The pump was then securely placed in the basin and connected to the newly installed drainage system. To finish, we sealed the lid to prevent moisture and odors from escaping, and connected the discharge line to direct water safely away from the home.
