Wall Cracks
Small cracks along the crawl space walls were allowing groundwater and moisture from the surrounding soil to seep inside, especially during rainy weather or periods of high humidity. Over time, this increased water intrusion contributed to a damp, musty environment and raised the risk of mold growth, wood rot, and structural damage.

Before Waterproofing
Our System Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection of the crawl space to identify the exact sources of moisture and assess the extent of the damage, ensuring we could recommend the most effective and customized waterproofing solution for long-term protection.

During Drainage Matting Install
The crew installed Drainage Matting along the crawl space floor to create a durable, dimpled surface that directs water to the sump pump system, helping to keep the area dry and protected from seepage.

Installing SilverGlo
We prepared the crawl space walls and installed SilverGlo Insulation Panels by securely fastening them with adhesive and mechanical fasteners. All seams were sealed with waterproof tape to create a continuous thermal barrier.

During CleanSpace Install
Next, our crew carefully sealed the crawl space with the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System, attaching the durable, mold-resistant liner to the walls and floor to block out moisture.

SilverGlo Insulation Panels
SilverGlo Insulation Panels boost energy efficiency by reflecting heat back into the home and creating a sealed thermal barrier, while also helping to keep the crawl space dry and resistant to moisture.

The Benefits Of CleanSpace
CleanSpace prevents moisture from entering the crawl space, reducing the risk of mold, rot, and odors, creating a clean, healthy, and dry environment beneath the home.

SmartSump System
We also installed our SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump to efficiently remove any collected groundwater, ensuring the crawl space stays dry and protected from moisture-related damage like mold and wood rot.

The Importance Of Encapsulation
Encapsulating your crawl space is essential for preventing moisture intrusion, reducing mold growth, improving energy efficiency, and protecting your home's foundation and air quality!
