Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Transforming a Sagging and Wet Crawl Space in Budd Lake, NJ

The CleanSpace system effectively encapsulated the crawl space by transforming it into a dry, clean area, preventing future moisture problems. The 20-mil 7-ply CleanSpace liner was laid out over the dirt floor, providing an unyielding barrier against moisture intrusion with its exceptional durability and antimicrobial properties. Next, we addressed the structural challenges inside the crawl space. Our installers equipped the area with the SmartJack system, strategically placing galvanized steel support jacks along the distressed beams and floor joists. The SmartJack system not only stabilized the structure but also adjusted to lift the floors towards their original position.
