Installing WaterGuard
We began by carefully excavating a trench along the perimeter of the crawl space to create a channel for the WaterGuard System. Next, we placed the drainage track just above the footing to prevent clogs from soil and debris. Once secured, we covered the system with clean washed stone and poured fresh cement over the top for a clean, finished look, ensuring long-lasting protection against water intrusion.
SilverGlo Insulation Panels
To install the SilverGlo Insulation Panels, our crew first cleaned and prepped the crawl space walls to ensure a solid, debris-free surface. Then, we precisely cut and fit each panel to tightly cover the walls, creating a continuous thermal barrier. These graphite-infused panels reflect heat back into the space while resisting moisture, helping to regulate temperature and improve overall energy efficiency.
Installing TripleSafe
The crew began the TripleSafe installation by digging a sump pit at the lowest point of the crawl space to effectively collect incoming water. After connecting the discharge lines, we sealed the system with a secure lid and tested it to ensure optimal performance.
