Damp Crawl Space
Damp crawl space conditions are often caused by poor drainage, high humidity, unsealed vents, and groundwater seepage. Without proper waterproofing, moisture can enter through the soil or foundation walls, leading to mold growth, wood rot, and poor indoor air quality.

During Drainage Matting Install
We installed our Drainage Matting by first preparing the crawl space floor, then carefully laying down the matting to create a raised, dimpled surface that allows water to flow beneath it. This system directs moisture to the homeowners sump pump or drainage system, preventing water buildup and helping keep the space dry.

Installing SilverGlo
Next, the crew installed our SilverGlo Insulation Panels by securely fastening them to the crawl space walls, creating a continuous layer of insulation. Each panel features a radiant barrier that reflects heat back into the home while resisting moisture and mold.

Installing CleanSpace
The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System was installed by first leveling and preparing the crawl space floor, then carefully laying and sealing the thick, durable liner across the ground and up the walls. The barrier is tightly secured to create a continuous moisture seal that blocks humidity and groundwater from entering the space.

The Benefits Of CleanSpace
Installing the CleanSpace System transforms the crawl space into a dry, usable, and healthier part of the home. It blocks moisture from entering through the ground and walls, helping to prevent mold growth, wood rot, and musty odors, while also improving energy efficiency and indoor air quality throughout the house.
