WaterGuard was installed to drain water coming in from the walls. The drainage pipe ran to the sump pump to extract from the crawl space. A SuperSump was installed in the lowest point of the crawl space. The sump pump is designed to keep crawl spaces dry for extended periods of time. Finally, the crawl space was encapsulated in CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to prevent any water from the walls from affecting the crawl space air.
