At Quality 1st, we recently had the opportunity to resolve a crawl space water issue for a homeowner in Surf City, NJ. Like many homeowners along the coast, our client discovered that every time it rained, water made its way into their dirt crawl space. We thoroughly inspected the crawl space, identified how and where water was infiltrating the area, and recommended a tailored solution that included our top-of-the-line products: CleanSpace, SilverGlo, and SaniDry Sedona. CleanSpace is a durable, moisture-proof lining designed to encapsulate crawl spaces, preventing water and moisture from entering. SilverGlo panels are applied to the crawl space walls, reflecting heat back into the crawl space for increased energy efficiency. Lastly, the SaniDry Sedona system works to dehumidify the space and filter the air, making the crawl space, and the entire home, healthier and more comfortable.
