Quality 1st Basement Systems went to work! The installed crew encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep moisture and debris out. CleanSpace vapor barrier is made with durable plastic that is sure not to tear or rip. The vapor barrier system also prevents against wood rot and mold growth in the crawl space. One of the crawl space beams was sagging a bit, and to prevent a future collapse Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a support jack to push the beam back into place. With the support jack system and the vapor barrier, this crawl space is now structurally sound and will stay dry. The family can continue to enjoy living in their home without fear of the home flooding.
