The unsightly state of this Highland Lakes, NJ crawl space was cause for concern when the homeowner began to notice a stale scent in the air inside their home. Suffering from water damage, the home's crawl space was dirty and humid which threatened the structure of the home's foundation and the air quality of the living space. The homeowner wanted to eliminate this danger and find a solution that would protect their home, which is where Quality 1st stepped in.   Once our System Design Specialist presented an installation quote, our Foreman and crew came to the home to install the best solution for their home. The crawl space was lined with our Drainage Matting beneath an encapsulation with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. Surrounding the crawl space with CleanSpace we eliminate the risk of water finding its way inside and keep it running beneath the barrier. We equipped the crawl space with one of our Sedona Dehumidifiers to maintain moisture control in the crawl space and prevent humid, contaminated air from circulating throughout the home.
