Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Total Crawl Space Repair in Cape May, NJ

When a homeowner finds faults in their crawl space, anything from water damage to a weak foundation, it can be an overwhelming process of figuring out how to best repair it. This Cape May, NJ homeowner knew they needed some kind of waterproofing done to their crawl space, but was also interested in other preventative maintenance to stabilize the base of their home. The Quality 1st team was happy to assess the damage in the crawl space and recommend how best to repair their home.   Our crew gave this home's crawl space a total makeover. To address the waterproofing issue, our CleanSpace Drainage Matting was lined across the floor of the crawl space to allow water to flow beneath the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier that was layered on top of it. This pairing encapsulated the interior of the crawl space to prevent any water from seeping into it, and our SmartDrains that were installed made a channel for seeping water to flow through and into the new TripleSafe Sump Pump System. To insulate the crawl space, our SilverGlo was installed along the crawl space's walls to mediate the temperature in the space. All of these additions along with our Sedona Dehumidifier mean this crawl space is now concealed from any moisture or seeping rain water.
