Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by this homeowner in Ocean, New Jersey to inspect their damp crawl space. We sent our System Design Specialist, Mike Dellechiaie, to provide an inspection and Mike suggested they encapsulate the space to seal it from the earth's elements. Our foreman and crew installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System, and our SmartSump Pump System. CleanSpace is a durable liner that will block out moisture and humidity from entering the crawl space. We installed our SmartSump to effectively pump water away from the crawl space. This sump pump also has an airtight enclosed lid to prevent water vapor from entering the crawl space air. When the job was complete, the homeowner was satisfied with the results and their crawl space was dry and healthy!
