No one wants a damp and dirty crawl space! This homeowner in Wayne, New Jersey was tired of their dirty crawl space, so they contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems, and our System Design Specialist, Mike Dellechiaie, provided an inspection. Mike suggested that they encapsulate the crawl space to seal it from the earth's elements. Our foreman, Mario Barron, began by installing the CleanSpace Drainage Matting which is placed on the crawl space floor. This will give the water that floods into the crawl space an escape route underneath. Next, Mario installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System throughout the crawl space and on top of the drainage matting. This system will prevent humidity and water vapor from passing through. Now, the homeowner has a dry and healthy crawl space!
