A homeowner in Highland Lakes, New Jersey was having trouble with dampness in their dirt crawl space. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to find a solution to their problem. Our System Design Specialist, Javier Hoyos Romero, was able to help the homeowner come up with a plan of action. Our foreman, Juan Garcia, was able to transform their dark and dirty crawlspace into a clean and fresh crawlspace.
Juan started out by using the SilverGlo crawl space wall insulation. This insulation will reflect heat back into the crawl space for ultimate energy saving, along with heating bill saving. Juan then installed the drainage matting on the floor. This will create an airspace where water can flow over the concrete floor to the SmartSump. The CleanSpace liner is on top of that, which gives the crawlspace a bright and fresh appearance. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System will keep this space free of water damage, mold, dirt and insects. Juan installed our SmartSump Drainage System which is a vital component in keeping your crawlspace dry.
