Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: SaniDry XP, BrightWall & WaterGuard Installed In Teaneck, NJ Basement
A homeowner in Teaneck, NJ was having humidity and moisture problems in the basement and was looking for a permanent solution to keep it dry. Quality 1st Basement Systems sent out System Design Specialist, JC Gibriano to inspect the effected area. JC did notice the walls were damp and the air quality was very heavy. JC immediately recommend to have a Sanidry Dehumidifier installed to get rid of that moisture and humidity once and for all. JC also recommended to have Bright wall panels installed on the wall to give the basement a clean new look and it also acts as a moisture and vapor barrier. A Waterguard drain system was also on the list as the previous drain system, was not working properly.The end result was fantastic. The basement looked very different from the beginning. The Basement crew whom was lead by Senior Foreman, Juan Garcia, tested the Sanidry System to make sure it worked flawlessly.
