Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: SmartJacks and PolyLEVEL in Manahawkin, NJ

 When the homeowner of a single family home began to notice sagging and settling floors over his crawlspace, it became a cause for concern. The 1800 square foot property located in Manahawkin, New Jersey had noticeable damage caused from Hurricane Sandy in 2012. The water from the hurricane washed out most of the soil and sand from under the home’s crawlspace, causing the crawlspace columns to sink. The front porch also had noticeable concrete sinking. First, the crawlspace columns needed to be stabilized and raised back to a stable position. Quality 1st used the PolyLEVEL Polyurethane Injection System in conjunction with (16) sixteen SmartJacks. These products were used to ensure the home and garage floors slab rested on a stable and strong surface. With the use of the PolyLEVEL system, Quality 1st was able to strengthen and stabilize the front entrance of the home. The (16) sixteen SmartJacks were installed to replace the lost support of the beams in the crawlspace and lift the settling/ sagging floors.
