Waterproofing
A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was also installed to address moisture in the crawl space air and help create a drier, more controlled environment.
Trench Line
A trench is carefully created along the basement perimeter to make room for our WaterGuard drainage system, designed to capture water before it reaches the floor.

Our team installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the crawl space to collect groundwater reaching the foundation and provide a dedicated drainage pathway toward a new SmartSump sump pump.
