Solution

The project began with the installation of CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation, which created a durable moisture barrier to seal out groundwater and damp air. To further enhance the crawl space environment, SilverGlo insulation was added, helping to regulate temperatures and improve the home’s overall energy efficiency throughout the year.

To ensure effective water management, Drainage Matting was placed beneath the CleanSpace liner, allowing any water entering the crawl space to flow freely toward a SmartSump system.
