A hidden threat was jeopardizing the foundation and indoor air quality of this Voorhees, NJ home. The homeowner had been observing persistent water seepage in the crawl space, a clear sign of deep moisture intrusion. Solution

The Quality 1st team initiated the project with a thorough inspection, which was crucial in pinpointing the exact sources of the moisture intrusion. Armed with this diagnosis, we engineered a customized, multi-component waterproofing plan. This strategy involved installing several of our patented products to provide a complete, permanent defense. The persistent water seepage in this crawl space was caused primarily by hydrostatic pressure and ground moisture during heavy rainfall.
