Ongoing water seepage in their crawl space had become a serious concern for this Philadelphia, PA homeowner, who noticed damp conditions and feared the growing risk of rot and mold-accumulation. Solution

Following a detailed inspection of the crawl space, our team identified the key areas where water was entering and accumulating. We then designed a customized waterproofing solution tailored to the home’s specific needs. The first step involved installing our patented Drainage Matting, which creates an underlayer that directs groundwater away from the crawl space and toward a drainage system, helping prevent puddling and water buildup.
