This Boonton, NJ home sat on top of a dirt crawl space, like many homes in the area. The crawl space was humid in the summers and cold in the winters due to the dirt floor. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a CleanSpace crawl space vapor barrier in the crawl space to seal the crawl space off from the pourous dirt and concrete. The owners have noticed a significant change in the air quality of their home and have even seen a decrease in their utility bills in the winter!
