This customer was trying to sell his home, but during the home inspections, it came up that there was standing water in the crawl space. Fearing the loss of the sale, the customer reached out to us for some help.

After evaluating the crawl space, it was clear that there was indeed an ongoing issue with water intrusion. Our solution to this problem was to install Smart Pipe perimeter crawlspace drainage system, a Clean Space Vapor Barrier and a Smart Sump with Floor Alarm.
