Before & After
A Rutherford, NJ homeowner hired Quality 1st Basements to transform the cold and dirty crawl space into a warmer and clean space under their home. They wanted insulation to keep their floors on the first level warm and prevent their pipes located in this area from freezing. They also wanted to prevent animals and pests from getting inside.
Our System Design Specialist met with the homeowner, did a full inspection of the crawl space and designed a solution that would make the homeowner 100% satisfied. He first recommended our SilverGlo Heat Barrier that reflects heat back into the crawl space, creating a warmer environment. Next our Vapor Barrier Liner known as CleanSpace is then installed over SilverGlo. The CleanSpace is a moisture and water vapor barrier. Not only will it prevent water leaks and pests from getting through but also create a cleaner space by protecting the crawl space against mold.
