Michael contacted Quality 1st Basements when decided enough was enough with his crawl space. He wanted to complete encapsulation to prevent water and moisture from coming in and prevent pests and mold. He also knew his existing crawl space door was doing a poor job of keeping everything out of this area. Our System Design Specialist, Laszlo did a full inspection and recommended our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to protect against water seepage, humidity and cold drafts, all in which can affect the quality of air you breathe in and your heating bill! 

Our Team lead by Foreman, Victor Leon, installed SilverGlo, our Heat Barrier, along the walls and around the rim joist to prevent pipes from freezing and that cold winter air from getting inside. Our Vapor Barrier, CleanSpace liner was installed on the floor and walls over the SilverGlo to completely encapsulate the crawl space. Laszlo also recommended our Sedona Dehumidifier System to prevent musty odors and moisture in the summer!
